Good choice, NASA! Follow it up with an open bid for manufacturing individual capsules. Competition not only lowers the price, but increases the quality. Being locked into one or two primary sources for hardware has always led to huge price tags and never-ending delays. Lockheed had their shot! They abused the opportunity. Looking for information needs to be followed by bidding.
