Historical note: Grumman was the prime contractor for the Lunar Module during the Apollo program.

It is a shame that the space shuttle wasn’t ready until after the Skylab re-entered the earth’s atmosphere.
The Skylab was the biggest and best Space Station by its size. They could have done more I think if its lifes span had been extended.
